A possibly jail-bound Lindsay Lohan was spotted out and about in New York City last week.
According to a court document revealed on TMZ, Lindsay could be facing jail after her May 20th court appearance, due to not attending alcohol education classes once a week as ordered. The only exception would be rehab. Lindsay’s father has been very vocal and public about wanting to put his daughter back in treatment… so perhaps she’ll go into treatment before her court date to avoid doing jail time? Who knows at this point if that would even work. I only hope she does get the help she so clearly needs!
