Recent second-time mother Nicole Richie’s car was rear-ended by a photographer earlier today in Beverly Hills. Nicole – who was shaken up but uninjured – headed to Cedars Sanai Hospital and was joined by Joel Madden. Meanwhile the photographer was arrested for driving without a license!
